These Store Terms apply to purchases of physical products made through the iQUANTUM online store operated by iQuantum Laser USA, LLC. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
We sell professional products, accessories, replacement parts and related materials for aesthetic and professional applications. Product specifications, intended use, warnings and instructions shown on the relevant product page or accompanying documentation form part of the product information.
Prices and available payment methods are displayed during the purchasing process. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by iQuantum Laser USA, LLC. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, stock unavailability, or legal or regulatory restrictions. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Applicable sales taxes will be collected where required by law. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times displayed or communicated are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and carrier operations. Where applicable law requires a specific shipping deadline or provides rights in the event of delay, those requirements will apply. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable period, we will provide the customer with the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Unless a different return condition is stated for a particular product, customers may request authorization to return an eligible physical product within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns require prior authorization (RMA). Products must be unused, complete and returned with their original packaging and accessories. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, customized, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a refund except where required by applicable law.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Visible shipping damage, defects, missing items or incorrect products should be reported to [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 14 calendar days of delivery, including the order number and photographs where appropriate. This notification period does not limit any mandatory warranty or consumer rights that may apply.
Before returning a product, contact [email protected] with your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and an RMA reference. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
If the return results from an incorrect, defective or damaged product attributable to us, iQuantum Laser USA, LLC will bear reasonable return shipping costs. For voluntary returns not caused by our error or a product defect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the outcome. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days following inspection. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, that legally required period will apply. Processing times imposed by banks or payment providers are outside our control.
Certain products may be intended for professional use. Customers are responsible for determining and complying with any professional qualifications, licensing, operational or other local requirements applicable to their purchase and use of the product. Nothing in our product information constitutes authorization to perform a regulated professional or medical activity.
Website content, original product images, texts, graphics, trademarks and brand assets are owned by or licensed to iQuantum Laser USA, LLC or its affiliates and may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization except where permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iQuantum Laser USA, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from a purchase or use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to customers under applicable consumer protection laws. To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
